Knows the area and has good contacts, but they tend to stretch the truth about a few things.In response to response; My visit made a few months ago I inquired about a block of land been sold next to one i was interested in. I was told "This land (the one you were selling) is the Cheapest Commercial Zoned Land on the island" to my response been "No the land next to it is" been $3,000 less asking price than the one you were selling. This is by definition stretching the truth or a lack of research.
